Returns & Refunds Policy

At Home Spa & Co, your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • Return Request Deadline: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Item must be in its original, unused condition and in the packaging in which it was delivered.
  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@homespaco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if necessary .
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless these are defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

  • Refund Approval: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for items returned in a condition other than the original condition.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive damaged or defective Products, contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@homespaco.com . Include photos of the damage as well as your order number. We will work with you to provide a suitable replacement or refund .

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.

Non-refundable items

Some items are not refundable:

  • Custom or Special Orders: Custom or special order are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Used Condition: Used or damaged items after delivery is not refundable.
